Description
It was a fairly windy while I was looking over a variety of predatory insects on the Cone flowers at the edge of my neighbor's yard. I was having quite a bit of trouble as the flowers were moving around with the breeze. I was surprised when he came out with a pair of clippers, cut off one of the flowers and handed it to me. "Having trouble? Here. You can take it with you and take your pics at home."
This was one of the bugs on it.
These are quite a common pred to find on Cone flowers around here - A young Jagged Ambush Bug (Phymata)
