I'll kiss it better

I'd had an appointment earlier in that day...
As hard as I try to avoid them, it's inevitable that I encountered "trigger" scents that set my head to pounding & push my guts into my throat.
Those around me continue their activities, barely noticing the change in air quality, but for me the "OMG! can't breath/gonna hurl" reaction is soooo fast... 
I have few recourses but evacuate the area, return home & lay down.
Of course, Blaze has a different cure - Puppy kisses.
(Just wish it didn't include him jumping on my already majorly upset tummy.)
